We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee specifically for our serum products.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The serum must be used consistently for a minimum of 4–6 weeks.
• You must take a clear “before” photo prior to first use.
• You must take an “after” photo after 4–6 weeks of use.
• Both photos must clearly show the treated area.
• The date and time must be visible in the photo (either automatically displayed or clearly shown in the image metadata).
• Photos must be emailed to lauriva.info@gmail.com together with your order number.

Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⚠️ Without before/after photos and proof of 4–6 weeks of use, the 90-day guarantee does not apply.


🔁 30-Day Standard Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• Unopened, unused, sealed
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase

🇪🇺 European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

• Unopened
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Banks may require additional processing time

⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund.

• Perishable goods
